Answers to your most common concerns
Q1: If my child misses class one day, can we make up for it?
A1: Of course! Parents simply need to notify us in advance, and we can arrange a make-up lesson at another time during the same week to ensure their child doesn't miss any material.
Q2: I'm not sure what level my child is suited to. Can I try a class?
A2: Yes! We offer free trial classes and pre-class assessments. Our instructors will assign students to appropriate classes based on their abilities, helping you choose the right start.
Q3: How do we ensure students stay on track?
A3: Small class sizes with regular progress tracking. We provide monthly learning reports, and our instructors will proactively communicate with parents to understand progress and, if necessary, adjust classes or provide individual tutoring.
Q4: Are the lessons scheduled in addition to the school curriculum for remedial/top-up training?
A4: Two tracks! Classes will track the school's progress simultaneously, while also providing remedial/top-up training tailored to students' needs. This provides targeted and effective learning.
Q5: How many classes are required for the regular course? Are there any fixed dates?
A5: Completely flexible. You can choose 1-3 classes per week, with parents deciding the times. There are no long-term commitments, making it easier to accommodate other activities.
Q6: How can I tell if my child is learning well? Will there be exams?
A6: Yes! The center will arrange regular tests/test simulations and provide learning reports so parents can clearly track their child's performance and progress.
